• The set amount of time you would like the rights for (when and for how long)

• Whether you want exclusive or non-exclusive rights (typically non-exclusive)

• Identify the geographic area where you will use the work (local, national, international)

• What the specific context will be in which the artwork might appear and the extent of its commercial value to the event, product, service, etc.
